TheLyrica is a story-first music platform designed to help creators share the human stories behind their music while enabling listeners to discover songs through authentic experiences.

By creating an account or using TheLyrica, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your country.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others.

4. Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant TheLyrica permission to display, distribute and promote your content within the platform.

5. Listener Content

Responses should remain respectful. One-sentence reflections are intended to encourage creators rather than attack them.

6. Intellectual Property

Respect copyrights. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

7. AI-Assisted Music

TheLyrica welcomes human-created music, AI-assisted music, and hybrid workflows. Creators should honestly disclose AI involvement where applicable.

8. Community Behaviour

Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, and malicious behaviour are prohibited.

9. Account Suspension

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or permanently removed.

10. Updates

These Terms may change. Material updates will require renewed acceptance.
